Preliminary numbers are in, and over $420,000 was raised at the 2013 Golden Heart Awards Dinner! Held at The Beverly Wilshire Hotel, over 400 guests joined The Midnight Mission (TMM) family and Board of Directors to honor Tim Allen and Jason Sinay for their generous and continued support of TMM. The night included a surprise presentation by Councilwomen Jan Perry to Courtney Sulzberger for Courtney’s dedication as a youth volunteer/intern.

The evening began with a glamorous gold carpet where our honorees and Tom Arnold shared their views on the importance of helping out in their own backyard with CBS and other media. All discussed future partnerships and a few laughs before stepping off.

The silent auction area was electric with competitive bidding on fabulous items including original artwork created by TMM Alumni David Askew. David also presented Tim Allen and Jason Sinay portraits. The program included Carol Olson’s original song ‘Midnight Mission’ and entertainment by Ray Parker, Jr.
