As a Midnight Partner or donor to the Midnight Mission, you can manage everything related to your monthly gift right here. Change your gift amount, update your payment method or contact information, download your tax statements, and more.

Getting Started

A GoFundMe Pro (formerly called Classy) account was automatically created for you when you made a donation online, but you won’t be able to access your account until you update your password.
Accessing your online account is not required in order to keep your monthly gifts active, but it is an easy way to make any changes to your gifts. Follow these simple steps to connect to your new account. (If you don’t complete these steps, you can always give us a call at 213.624.9258 ext. 1265 to inquire about your recurring giving plan.)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Reset Your Password to Access Your Account

  • Visit our Supporter Profile Login page.
  • Under the “Access Your GoFundMe Pro Account” tab, click the “LOGIN TO GoFundMe Pro NOW” button.
  • Click “Forgot password?” to create a new password to access your account.
  • Type in your email address used to set up your gift. (Note that typing in a new or different email address than the one you used to start a monthly donation will not connect to the correct account.)
  • Click “Send Email.”
  • You’ll receive an email from Classy-Mail.org. Click the “Reset Password” link in that email. Please note that the email may take up to 10 minutes to be delivered to your inbox.
  • Type in your new password on the screen that appears. Be sure to meet the password strength requirements.
  • Click “SEND.”
  • You are now logged into your GoFundMe Pro Account. If you need further assistance, check out GoFundMe Pro’s Supporter Resources.

Four Things You May Notice
In Your New Account

When you reset your password and open up your new GoFundMe Pro account to view your donations to The Midnight Mission, you may notice a few new updates:

  1. You can customize your profile photo and update your contact information.
  2. One-time online donations will now appear in your giving history.
  3. For returning donors, your profile may say “Supporting Since 2024,” simply because any past donations were moved into the GoFundMe Pro platform starting in 2024.
    • Many of our faithful supporters have been giving for years, and we know and value your dedication to this work. Unfortunately, we cannot update these online profiles to match the full history of your partnership with us. 
  4. Some gifts made online earlier than 2024 will not appear in your giving history.
    • Any gifts made before November 30, 2024 will not appear in your giving history. This is because gifts made before that date were made on our former online donation software and cannot be imported as historical giving data on your new account.

For monthly donors whose gifts began before November 30, 2024, your online donor account was automatically created for you when we moved your scheduled donations into GoFundMe Pro. You can follow the same instructions to access your new GoFundMe Pro account as well.
