Four Ways Your Company Can Engage
1. Employee Donation Matching
Many companies match employee donations dollar-for-dollar (or more), effectively doubling and sometimes tripling the impact of a gift.

- If so, ensure The Midnight Mission (Tax ID: 95-1691293) is listed as a qualified charity.

2. Payroll Giving / Workplace Giving
Facilitate donations directly from an employee’s paycheck, often pre-tax or tax-efficient, and partner with The Midnight Mission by offering this as a workplace giving option. Payroll giving (or similar plans) makes giving easy for employees and consistent for the organization.
3. Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) & Employee Giving Vehicles
Encourage your employees to use donor-advised funds or consider establishing a company-sponsored giving fund that allows employees to recommend grants to nonprofits such as The Midnight Mission.
