At The Midnight Mission, part of our job readiness program is to offer all types of resources to help those who are not only experiencing homelessness but to those who are changing careers. Our goal is to help individuals who are seeking long-term employment find stability in their life. Depending on a person’s skills and background, we can connect them to specific job positions at certain organizations and companies. Our services include:

Our career counselors provide workshops and training year-round to those who are experiencing homelessness. We help provide job coaching, computer access for job searches and resumes, child care for moms doing job searches, and classes on appropriate workplace behavior. No matter what obstacles a person is facing, or what job history they have, our services can guide those who are experiencing homelessness on the right path.
