The HomeLight team establishes a supportive service plan 90 days prior to transitioning from the program. Staff follows up with home visits and maintains a plan for families to remain socially connected. All families continue to have access to individual counseling and mental health groups such as Parent Effectiveness and Self-Esteem. Employment assistance and staff advocacy resources are available to all of our alumni families. Continued care services for children include tutoring, educational activities, summer camp, picnics and outdoor adventures.
