Our Career Counselors provide workshops and training which enable our HomeLight parents to learn and apply the needed skills to secure and maintain long-term employment.
We have created a collaborative community forum called the Transitional Housing Action Team where service providers meet quarterly to exchange useful resources and job leads that benefit many of our participants. Job placement is a key goal for each of our families, so we dedicate our time to connect them with employment resources throughout the Los Angeles area.
