Join us for the 5th Annual Midnight Walk on Friday, August 22 – a powerful overnight journey through Santa Monica, Venice, and Playa Vista. Together, we’ll walk through the night to raise awareness and support for The Midnight Mission’s life-saving programs.
Every step brings us closer to a city where everyone has access to shelter, recovery, dignity, and a second chance.

What if one night could change everything?
This isn’t just a walk. It’s a journey through the city at its most vulnerable hour — a chance to step into the shoes of our unhoused neighbors and see the streets as they experience them every night.

Los Angeles is home to over 75,500 people without shelter — individuals and families facing harsh nights without safety or comfort.
Most days, they’re invisible to us. But at night, their reality is raw and relentless. By walking through these neighborhoods after dark, we gain new perspective on what life feels like for our neighbors without homes. It’s a wake-up call — and a call to action.
Last year, a small group of 14 walkers journeyed through the night, covering 17 miles and raising $22,000. Every dollar went directly to The Midnight Mission’s vital programs — providing meals, shelter, recovery support, and a real chance at rebuilding lives.
Together, we walk not just for miles, but to carry each other through the darkness — moving toward hope and a brighter new day.
Whether you walk, donate, or simply share this message, your support changes lives.
